In August of 2011, I went to my doctor and he told me I had to lose weight. I weighted 305 pounds and my blood pressure was very high. I started to lose on my own and then in January of 2012 I decided to get a personal trainer for three months. Since then, with working out and following the nutrition that my trainer provided for me, I have lost 70 pounds!
Thanks to my trainers for all the help they give me. I will continue to work on getting to my goal I have set for myself with the help form the great staff here at Fit For You!
