		<description>I really enjoyed this article.  As a Bellydance for Fitness instructor, I use interval training in my class, and your explanation is the very one I&#039;ve used time and time again.  

Another reason I use interval training is that I tend to have a large number of new people join my class each year toward springtime.  New students are able to keep up for the entire class, but they really feel the results the next day. The intense bursts of calorie burn help my students realize that Bellydancing is a great workout - without overwhelming them with such intensely sore muscles that they give up trying again. 

So, I appreciate your writing the article - as an instructor it helps to have validation that I&#039;m going in the right direction!</description>
