Zumba: When you see a Zumba class in action, you won’t be able to wait to give it a try. Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students.

Zumba Toning: Combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party. You will learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones, including arms, abs, glutes and thighs. Zumba Toning is the perfect way for enthusiasts to sculpt their bodies naturally while having a total blast.

Zumba Gold: It takes the Zumba formula and modifies the moves and pacing to suit the needs of the active older participant, as well as those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle. What stays the same are all the elements the Zumba Fitness-Party is known for: the zesty Latin music, like salsa, merengue, cumbia and reggaeton; the exhilarating, easy-to-follow moves; and the invigorating, party-like atmosphere. Active older adults want camaraderie, excitement and fitness as a regular part of their weekly schedule. Zumba Gold is the perfect fit. It’s a dance-fitness class that feels friendly, and most of all, fun.

Spinning: Cycle your way through challenging terrain. Whether jumps, climbs, or endurance riding, you will feel exhilarated. Spinning improves cardiovascular fitness and increases overall strength. Ride your way to the top to FEEL the POWER.

Elite Fitness: A high level class that is geared towards the experienced athlete with an above average fitness level with no injuries. Involves sprinting, plyometrics, and nontraditional training techniques.

Active Yoga: A mixed level yoga class that tightens and tones the entire body, enhances balance, improves flexibility and builds core strength by combining traditional fitness training, focused breathing and strength building through yoga poses. The pace is energetic yet comfortable. Listen to your body and work at your own perfect pace. The result is a mind-body workout that improves health, athletic performance and mental acuity in people of all ages and fitness levels.

Gentle Yoga: A slower paced mind body workout appropriate for seniors or for students who simply prefer to move at a slower pace.  Individualized modifications are given to accommodate students with symptoms such as muscle or joint pain.  This class will enhance balance, build core strength, improve flexibility, and increase range of motion.  The option of using a chair during this class is available.  Please bring your yoga mat.

Sculpt & Tone: Love your beautiful curves. With a special emphasis on strengthening areas like glutes, abs, and thighs, the class will bring you a step closer to your fitness goals. Sculpt & Tone is a great way to tone up and build strength.

Boot Camp: A group exercise class that resembles a military boot camp mixing traditional callisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. You will be pushed harder than you will push yourself.

Circuit & Cardio: The ultimate circuit training class. Combines strength and cardio intervals into a circuit which burns more calories providing a more effective workout. Strength training and cardio interval training burns more calories for a longer period of time than cardio training alone.

Pilates: A body conditioning routine that seeks to build flexibility, strength, core conditioning and coordination without adding muscle bulk.
